Finalmente settimana scorsa sono arrivati il divanetto e la poltrona LC2 che ho atteso a lungo... così ho potuto completare l'Office Staging di cui vi avevo parlato qui e qui.
Cosa ne pensate? E' aumentato l'appeal dell'ufficio?
Tra poco si pubblicheranno gli annunci immobiliari e vi terrò aggiornati sull'aumento del numero di visite e sui tempi di vendita. Incrociate le dita con me...

Finally last week LC2 sofa and armchair arrived (I waited long time for them...) so I could finish the office staging of which I wrote here and here.
What do you think about it? Does the office's appeal increase?
Soon we'll publish the property listings and I will keep you updated on increasing of visits and time of sale. Cross fingers with me...

Vacanze a Comacchio finite... | Holidays in Comacchio finished...

Eccomi tornata dalle vacanze!
Dato che è venuta anche la mia cagnolina Penny, sono andata in un campeggio nella riserva naturale Sacca di Bellocchio: immerso nella natura e con spiaggia riservata ai cani (che possono anche fare il bagno). La zona è ricca di luoghi interessanti da visitare: naturali, come il Parco del Delta che abbiamo visitato in battello; artistici come la cittadina di Comacchio (con il celebre Trepponti, visto sui libri di architettura) e la meravigliosa Ravenna.
Ci sarebbero state altre cose da vedere, ma in una sola settimana non mi era possibile, volendo rilassarmi anche un po' in spiaggia.

I'm back from my holidays!
I brought my dog Penny with me, so I went to a camping in the natural reserve "Sacca di Bellocchio": surrounded by nature and with a beach for dogs (that can also swim). The area is full of interesting places to visit: natural, as the Parco del Delta which we visited by boat; artistics as the town of Comacchio (with the famous Trepponti seen on architecture's books) and the wonderful Ravenna.
There would be other things to see, but in a week I couldn't, because I wanted to relax a bit on the beach too.

Per fare delle belle foto foto di interni è fondamentale. Ma la tecnologia non può certo sostituirsi alla pratica... quindi adesso devo esercitarmi un po' provando a fare foto, dato che alla teoria mi sono già dedicata leggendo tutti gli interessanti post di FotoComeFare.

It's essential for taking good pictures of interiors. But technology cannot replace some practice... so now I have to practice a little taking pictures, since I have already dedicated time to the theory reading all the interesting post of FotoComeFare.

Le mie rose sono fiorite di nuovo. Il loro profumo giunge alle narici trasportato dalla brezza fresca proveniente dalle montagne, le Prealpi Orobiche. E' una brezza che si porta via il calore dell'estate, ma il profumo delle rose e il caffè mi regalano un momento di oblio...

My roses are in bloom again. Their scent comes to nostrils transported by the cool breeze from the mountains, the Prealpi Orobiche. It's a breeze that takes away the heat of summer, but the scent of roses and coffee give me a moment of oblivion...

Oggi ho incominciato l'allestimento di un ufficio, per renderlo più appetibile sul mercato.
La posizione dell'immobile è ottima: a piano terra con accesso da una strada di forte passaggio, vicino a un parcheggio gratuito e a diversi servizi utili (bar, pasticceria, banca, cartoleria, ufficio postale...).
Anche il prezzo è adeguato. Ma finora si presentava così...

Today I started n office staging, to make it more visible on the market.
The location of the property is excellent: on the ground floor with access to a high traffic road, close to free parking and convenient services (bar, bakery, bank, stationery, post office...).
Even the price is appropriate. But so far it looks like this...
