Yesterday during the walk with the dog (Penny, who now know) to practice with my reflex camera. I assure you it was not easy to shoot while Penny pulled the leash just she saw a dog in the distance...

Ieri sera tutti i bambini di Bergamo (ma anche quelli di Brescia e di qualche paese siciliano) erano in fibrillazione in attesa dell'arrivo di Santa Lucia. Tutti a letto presto, senza fare capricci. Ma non prima di aver preparato un vassoio con una carota per l'asinello, té e biscotti per la Santa...

Last night all the children of Bergamo (but also those of Brescia and some Sicilian village) were in atrial awaiting the arrival of Saint Lucia. All early to bed without tantrums. But not before having prepared a tray with a carrot for the donkey, tea and biscuits for the Saint...

Festa a tema: Minions! | Minions Party!

L'anno scorso il tema della festa di compleanno erano le stelline.
Quest'anno avrei fatto una normale festa, senza temi... ma ormai mia figlia si era abituata troppo bene! Così abbiamo deciso per il tema Minions: ho cercato e raccolto spunti su Pinterest e poi ho deciso cosa fare.
Ecco qui il risultato!

Last year the birthday party theme were the little stars.
This year I would have a normal party, no subjects... but my daughter had become accustomed too well! So we decided for the Minions theme: I searched and collected ideas on my Pinterest board and then I decided what to do.

Home Staging Lovers: l'unione fa la forza!

Da poche settimane è nata la nuova Associazione Nazionale di Home Stagers, naturale evoluzione del Gruppo Facebook Home Staging Lovers. Il gruppo è nato come luogo virtuale di incontro e scambio di consigli/opinioni tra colleghe/i. Ora si ufficializza trasformandosi in un'associazione, che collabora anche con la Home Staging School, ed io sono una delle iscritte!
E sabato prossimo ci incontreremo tutti a Bologna...

Forse qualcuno non sa che in Siria ci sono luoghi meravigliosi, o meglio c'erano.

La guerra sta distruggendo tutto: città, siti archeologici, persone, dignità, speranza...

Ma qui mi limiterò ad illustrarvi le bellezze artistiche e architettoniche che la guerra sta sgretolando.

Maybe someone doesn't know that in Syria there are wonderful places, well there were.

The war is destroying everything: cities, archaeological sites, people, dignity, hope...

But here I will just show you the artistic and architectural beauties that war is crumbling.

Ieri mattina alle 7.30 dove eravate?

Era domenica... tempo incerto... freddo autunnale arrivato definitivamente... Scommetto che eravate sotto il piumone a sognare!

Io invece, con i miei compagni del corso di fotografia, ero a Crespi d'Adda (villaggio operaio Patrimonio dell'umanità UNESCO) per la seconda uscita fotografica (la prima era questa). Purtroppo mancava il sole, indispensabile per delle belle foto all'architettura... 

Quindi vi presento le foto meglio riuscite della mattinata. Come sono?

Where were you yesterday morning at 7.30?

It was Sunday... weather uncertain... autumn chill finally arrived... I bet you were dreaming under the duvet!

But I, with my mates of the photography class, I was in Crespi d'Adda (workers' village World Heritage UNESCO) for the second photographic trip (this was the first). Unfortunately we missed the sun, essential for good pictures to architecture...

So I present you the better photos of the morning.

Dopo averne ideati ed eliminati alcuni, finalmente ho partorito il mio nuovo sito internet!
Qui potete vedere i miei lavori, sapere di cosa mi occupo e avere una infarinatura del mio curriculum (scriverne uno completo sul web mi sembra controproducente: personalmente non leggo mai pagine web con più di una ventina di righe...).

After having designed and eliminated some, finally I gave birth to my new website!
Here you can see my works, to know what I do and to have a smattering of my curriculum (to write a complete one on web seems to me counterproductive: personally I never read web pages with more than twenty lines...).

My Halloween party 2015

Ebbene anche per quest'anno il pigiama party è finito...

Ho ripulito casa con la mia scopa da strega-madre nell'assordante silenzio del soggiorno. Alla fine ho realizzato la metà degli addobbi e delle ricette che mi ero ripromessa di fare, ma le otto streghette si sono divertite e io con loro: l'entusiasmo, la pazzia e la gioia sono contagiosi!

Si fatica un po' per preparare tutto ma la ricompensa è stata vedere le facce stupite delle bambine notando i particolari.

Volete vederli anche voi? Ma certo, ecco qua...

Well, for this year slumber party it's over...

I cleaned the house with my witch-mother broom in the stunning silence of the living room. Eventually I realized half of the decorations and recipes that I had promised to do, but the eight witches had fun and me too: the enthusiasm, madness and joy are contagious!

You need a little effort to prepare everything but the reward has been to see the surprised faces of the girls noting the details.
