I flipped through the new IKEA ITALY catalog 2015 and for a few days, starting from today, I present to you a selection of news: 

1. I like the drawers Nordli for its versatility: you can compose it to your liking by choosing between three different sizes of drawers with different color on the front.

Una sosta semplice ed elegante a Milano | A simple and natty rest in Milan

Dal 18 ottobre a Milano aprirà la mostra di Van Gogh a Palazzo Reale (accanto al Duomo, per chi non lo sapesse).
Se capitaste dunque da quelle parti e voleste mangiare in un posto carino e fuori dagli schemi vi consiglio il Refettorio Simplicitas, in Via dell'orso n.2 (dista solo 800 metri, 10 minuti a piedi).
La semplicità sta alla base di questo locale, sia per quanto riguarda le scelte culinarie, sia quelle di interior design.
I cibi offerti, sempre con menu a prezzo fisso che cambiano ogni giorno, sono preparati con ingredienti biologici, a chilometro zero e in armonia con il ritmo delle stagioni.
L'ambiente minimalista è stato progettato dall'architetto Piero Castellini: pareti e volte intonacate di bianco, pavimento e arredi in legno, colonne portanti in pietra.

From 18th October the exhibition of Van Gogh will open in Milan at the Royal Palace (next to the Duomo). 
If therefore you would be there and would like to eat in a nice uncommon place I recommend you the Refettorio Simplicitas, in Via dell'orso 2 (just 800 meters away, a 10 minute walk). 
The simplicity is the basis of this local, in the culinary choices and in those about interior design. 
The foods offered, always with a fixed price menu that changes every day, are made ​​with organic, zero kilometer ingredients, in harmony with the rhythm of the seasons. 
The minimalist setting was designed by architect Piero Castellini: white plastered walls and ceilings, wooden floors and furniture, stone pillars.

Insalateria a Bergamo | A Salad Bar in Bergamo

Happy Break Salad è l'insalateria che Antonio e Davide hanno aperto l'8 Settembre a Bergamo, in Via Masone n.3.
Si tratta di un take away in cui si possono comporre a piacere le proprie insalatone, scegliendo tra le verdure di stagione biologiche e a chilometro zero, oppure si possono scegliere macedonie, frullati e zuppe. Naturalmente si effettua anche il servizio a domicilio.
A Bergamo non esisteva un locale di questo tipo: è un'ottima alternativa sana al solito pranzo con pizza o panino. 
L'interior design del locale è nato dall'incontro tra le mie proposte progettuali e il loro entusiasmo contagioso nel metterle in pratica. Si, perché oltre ad essere i gestori del locale, hanno contribuito alla ristrutturazione degli interni in prima persona: guardate il risultato!

Happy Break Salad is a new salad bar that Antonio and Davide opened on 8th September in Bergamo, Via Masone 3. 
It's a take away where you can freely compose your own salad, choosing from seasonal organic vegetables, or you can have fruit salads, smoothies and soups. Of course they also do home delivery service. 
Bergamo had no salad bar before: it is a great healthy alternative to the usual lunch with pizza or sandwich. 
The interior design of the salad bar was born from the encounter between my project proposals and their infectious enthusiasm in putting them into practice. Yes, because in addition of being the managers of the club, they have contributed to the renovation of the interior: look at the result!

Casa nella giungla urbana | Urban Jungle House

Oggi vi presento un progetto di ristrutturazione di una casa del 1969 ad Augusta, in Germania, ad opera dello studio Dreimeta.
Mi è piaciuto perché mescola sapientemente stili e materiali: il risultato è un'atmosfera calda e accogliente, senza fronzoli ma neanche minimalista.

Today I present you a renovation of a 1969 house in Augsburg, Germany, designed by the study Dreimeta. 
I like it because it skillfully blends styles and materials: the result is a warm and cozy athmosphere, without frills but not minimalist anyway.
