Quando mettete in vendita un'automobile, cosa fate? La portate dal concessionario così com'è oppure prima la pulite alla perfezione, lucidate la carrozzeria, cercate di minimizzare i difetti ed esaltare i pregi per cercare di ricavare il massimo dalla vendita?
Invece chi mette in vendita un appartamento non sempre fa questo ragionamento... perché?
